携带宠物搭乘DFDS渡轮旅行

根据DEFRA宠物旅行计划(PETS)，我们渡轮将为您的宠物提供安全的运输方式。针对用时较长的线路，根据船上工作人员的安排，您有机会在航行途中探望您的宠物。我们纽卡斯尔到阿姆斯特丹和哥本哈根到奥斯陆的渡轮专门设有可携宠物入住的客舱。

宠物必须

持有有效的欧洲宠物护照，或由官方兽医递交并正确填写的第三国证书，以用作旅行证件。（第三国证明持有者必须携带必要的证明文件）。请访问www.gov.uk/take-pet-abroad/pet-passport了解更多信息。

宠物必须已植入微芯片。兽医必须在旅行证件上记录芯片编号和植入日期。宠物必须在第一次接种狂犬病疫苗的当天或前一天植入微芯片。如果您的宠物持有新护照，但新护照上的微芯片植入日期报告为读取日期，则请务必携带宠物的旧护照。如果读取日期后没有加强疫苗接种，则订单的准备可能无效。

宠物必须接种狂犬病疫苗，并提供已签名并注明日期的兽医证明书。您的宠物在第一次接种疫苗21天后才能进入英国（接种日 = 第0天）。如果所有狂犬病疫苗接种都是最近进行的并记录完好，那么宠物后续进入英国时无需等待期。如未在“有效期截止日期”之前完成加强疫苗接种，则需重新等待21天。

如果您是从欧盟国家和名单所列的非欧盟国家进入英国，您的宠物不再需要化验血液。如果从非名单内的国家进入英国，则宠物必须在接种狂犬病疫苗一个月后验血。请访问www.gov.uk/take-pet-abroad/pet-passport了解更多信息。

__仅限于狗：__您的宠物必须在进入英国前的24小时至120小时内由兽医进行绦虫治疗。必须在护照上报告接受治疗的日期和时间。请注意，产品名称必须在记录在旅行证件上，并且必须包含吡喹酮以符合宠物旅行计划的规定。

针对我们多佛尔到加来和多佛尔到敦刻尔克的轮渡，携带宠物的旅客必须提前进行预订，且预订须符合与纽卡斯尔到阿姆斯特丹线路相同的旅行条件。对于多佛尔到法国的线路，每只宠物单程需15英镑。航行过程中，须将宠物稳妥得当地留在车内。不过，您可以在工作人员陪同下前去探望车里的宠物。

携带车辆的旅客可通过提前在线预订来携带宠物一起旅行，每只宠物单程需18英镑。在航行过程中，除第一个小时和最后一个小时外，您可在工作人员陪同下前去探望留在车内的宠物。步行旅客可携带宠物旅行，但在整个航行过程中，宠物都必须待在汽车甲板上的宠物笼里。旅客应使用合适的旅行箱带宠物上船。

如有任何宠物，请务必提前预订。单程只需19英镑，并提供宠物笼（单程需6英镑）。宠物笼里的宠物必须留在您的车内。另外，我们配备可携宠物入住的海景客舱，舱内设有4张床，每只狗需要25英镑。该类客舱最多可容纳2只中型犬入住。您可以在线预订，也可以拨打__0871 522 9955__预订。携带狗狗旅行的步行旅客必须致电我们的客户联系中心进行预订。

从荷兰出发时，请先到码头大楼验证宠物微芯片详细信息，然后再去办理车辆登船手续。

Bring your pet onboard the Copenhagen – Frederikshavn – Oslo Ferry

Please remember that:

On the Copenhagen – Frederikshavn – Oslo route you can bring your dog or cat whether you are travelling on foot or by car.
Your pet must be booked in minimum 24 hours prior to your journey.
Unaccompanied pets will not be accepted.
It is your responsibility to comply with the applicable vaccinations, tests etc. which are required in the country you travel to. If your pet does not comply with these requirements, you risk being denied access at the check in counter.
It will be possible to walk your dog in the ship's designated area on both Pearl and Crown.

How do I book my pet’s journey?

A pet-friendly cabin can be booked for a fee by calling our customer care by phone +45 33 42 30 00.
If you have booked online it is possible to add your pet to your booking subsequently.

Pet-friendly cabins on the Copenhagen – Frederikshavn – Oslo route

There are 8 pet-friendly cabins on Crown and 10 pet-friendly cabins on Pearl.
The price for a pet-friendly cabin is +425 DKK per pet each way.
A maximum of 2 pets per cabin is allowed (rodents are not allowed onboard).
Pets are only allowed to stay in the cabin during the crossing, but it is Possible to walk your dog in the ship's designated area.
In case a pet is brought onboard without being pre-booked a fee of 1.500 DKK will be applied.
We recommend that you book the pet-friendly cabin well in advance.

Each cabin is equipped with a bunk bed, window, toilet and bathing facilities. Towels and bed sheets are available.

Remember to make the staff aware that you are bringing a pet at check-in. The staff will accompany you to the cabin.

Assistance & Guide dogs

On board DFDS we accept Assistance dogs who are recognised by the Assistance Dogs International, (ADI) and the International Guide Dogs Federation (IDGF) programmes.

The above programmes ensure Assistance dogs are specifically trained to assist and support people with a disability.

If travelling with an assistance dog it is essential you notify DFDS and that the dog complies with the Pet Travel Scheme. You should also note that sea travel can be distressing for animals and the safety and comfort of all our guests should not be compromised. You will be responsible for the welfare of the dog at all times. There is no fee to bring your assistance dog onboard. You will be asked to provide documentation.

Emotional Support Animals

In the UK, Emotional Support Animals are not legally recognised by the above organisations in the way that Assistance & Guide dogs currently are.

Emotional Support Animals can travel with us however they will have to follow the same rules set out for our regular pets, such as:

Stay in Vehicle during crossing (All UK – France routes & Newcastle – Amsterdam)
Stay in Kennels during crossing (Newcastle - Amsterdam only)
Stay in Pet friendly cabin (Newcastle – Amsterdam only)
Payable pet ticket fee for adding pets to crossing on all routes
