Take the kids to the Reunion Square, Northern Europe's largest artificial ice rink. It is 400 meters long and 12 meters wide. There is room for both play and speed skating.

Another popular ice rink is the Fredriksberg Roundabout. Here you can skate in beautiful surroundings, as the ice rink is located just off the romantic Fredriksberg Garden and the adventurous Fredriksberg Castle. The course is 40 x 30 meters and is well suited for families with children and couples.

How about a love trip to some of Copenhagen's romantic museums? The Cisterns - the museum of modern glass art, lies underground in what used to be water reservoirs that provided clean water to Copenhagen's inhabitants. Hold each other close in the cool air and enjoy one of the fabulous shows.

Also visit the Thorvaldsens Museum where sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen's beautiful works are on display. He was very inspired by the love god Amor, which is reflected in the romantic exhibition.

If you are a true cocoa lover, you should visit Peter Beier Chocolate in Nordre Frihavnsgade 20. Here, the focus is on the cocoa beans and their origin, with several types of flavors to choose from. You can get both light and completely dark cocoa, all for approx. 45 kroner cup.
